How is it calculated?

  • Payment-term financing cost = ([Unit landed cost] + [Unit overhead]) × [Annual financing cost] ÷ 100 × [Due] ÷ 365
  • Minimum selling price = ([Unit landed cost] + [Unit overhead] + [Payment-term financing cost]) ÷ (1 − [Sales commission] ÷ 100)
